Mexican Coleslaw

This is so good with fish tacos, but it’s also an excellent side dish in and of itself.

1 Head Napa Cabbage, shredded
4 Whole Green Onions, greens and whites, sliced
1/2 Cup Mayonaisse
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tspn Dijon Mustard
1 Tblspn Lime Juice
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped fine
1/2 tspn Salt
1/2 tspn Pepper
1/2 tspn sugar
1 - 2 Tspn Chipotle in Adobo sauce, minced (this is actually very hot - even for me)
1 Tspn Garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour. Mix well again, and serve inside chicken or fish tacos, or as a side for your mexican meal.
