Spicy Deviled Eggs

The original recipe was called Polly’s Deviled but I Doctored It Up! a bit.

1 Dozen Hard Boiled Eggs
2/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sweet Pickle Relish, drained really well through paper towels
2 Tblspns Country Style Dijon Mustard
2 tspns Worcestershire Sauce
1 tspn Salt
1/2 tspn black pepper
1 meduim Jalepeno, seeded, minced
Paprika for garnish

Carefully slice eggs in half, legthwise. Pop out all of the egg yolks and mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Once mixed, put in a pastry bag, or a plastic sandwich bag with the corner cut out, and squeeeze the ingredients back into the hollowed out half whites.

Garnish with sprinkles of paprika.
